Zunächst einmal zum "sollten":
Alle Modalverben (wollen, müssen, dürfen) sind auch Moral-Verben. Moral und Ethik kommt auf dem spirituellen HIN-Weg eine große Bedeutung zu, da man auf dem Individuationsweg lernt, das Böse vom Guten zu unterscheiden derweil er sich von der uns einprogrammierten Moralvorlage desidentifiziert und zur Wahren Ethik/Moral findet.
Vor allem ist dieser Prozess u.a. auch dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durch Schattenintegration hypersensibiliserte und empathische Sucher sich mit allen leidenden Wesen identifiziert (die Verneinung/Desidentifizierung kommt "später"), weil er durch die Annahme (Ja-Sagen) seines eigenen Leidens das Leiden aller Kreaturen in sich selbst findet, damit ihm nichts Menschliches (Tierisches, Pflanzliches usw.) mehr fremd sei.
Das ist eine überaus schmerzhafte Phase und insofern gibt es wohl kaum einen ernsthaften Sucher, der - auf dem HINWeg - NICHT vegarisch oder vegan lebt oder es zumindest versucht - die Bereitschaft ist alles.
Wenn der Entschluss, vegetarisch zu leben somit der eigene Tiefen-EINSICHT entspringt und nicht einem spirituellen (konditionierten) Über-Ich, dann ist es gut und heilsam; entspringt der Entschluss aber dem Überich, welches glaubt, es "sollte" vegan oder vegetarisch leben/verzichten, um z.B. seine spirituellen Ziele zu erreichen oder weil alle "Spirituellen" vegan leben, dann ist der Entschluss zum Verzicht schlecht bzw. "heillos".
Diese authentische, aber immer noch relative Moral/Ethik wird durch die Endgültige Befreiung (Moksha; Permanentgewahrsein) wiederum transzendiert, wodurch der Befreite - der ja nun nicht mehr mit der Materie/Körper identifiziert ist - fähig ist, ohne jeglichen moralischen Skrupel nicht nur wieder ALLES zu tun, sondern auch ALLES zu essen, da ihm ALLES gleich gültig in seiner Bedeutungsentleertheit ist - derweil "der Berg wieder ein Berg und der Baum ein Baum" ist.
